  • A medium to large (20-45 pounds) mammal
  • Range is throughout the United States
  • Although coat color may vary, coat is mostly gray. Face is long and narrow and tail has a black tip
  • Habitat includes wooded areas, fields, and yards
  • Omnivorous, eating reptiles, amphibians, small- to medium-sized mammals, birds, eggs, insects, fruit, vegetables, and other green vegetation.
